Redirect mail from Cabrillo to another account This document shows how to redirect or forward mail from your Cabrillo email account to an email account on a different server, such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail. If you are a new faculty or staff member, but do not yet have a Cabrillo email account, then please contact your department chair or division dean, and have them request an active directory account from the IT department. Log into Cabrillo mail with your active directory username and password.
Once logged in, click on the link to Filters in the left menu.

Check the box next to “Redirect All Mail to,” type the other email address in the text field below. If you would like to keep a copy of the emails in your Cabrillo account, then also check the box next to Keep a Copy, as in the screen clipping below. Click the Update button to finish.
To test the settings, send an email to your Cabrillo account, and then check the account that you set to redirect all mail to. Keep in mind that there might be a delay.
