Continuum of Care (CoC) FL-507 Coordinated Entry System (CES) The Coordinated Entry System (CES) is a process adopted by the FL-507 Continuum of Care (CoC) throughout the Central Florida region to collaborate with homeless shelters and service providers to find the most appropriate permanent housing solutions for homeless individuals and families using a formal, coordinated and prioritized approach. The work of CES is accomplished through various projects and activities including the 2-1-1 helpline, Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) and several targeted weekly Case Conferences. To learn more about the CES, please visit http://ces.hsncfl.org. The “Continuum of Care (CoC) FL-507: Coordinated Entry System (CES)” dashboard report below represents the activity of two specific projects within CES and is NOT intended to reflect the activity from all the active projects working with CES or even all the active projects within the CoC in the respective county and municipal jurisdictions. If you have questions about this specific dashboard report or would like a CES representative to attend a meeting to discuss the report, please email us at
[email protected]. We also encourage additional report requests if a broader or more specific scope of interest is desired. Please complete the form available from the link below for additional reports: • http://reportrequest.hsncfl.org Thank you for your interest in the CES approach to ending homelessness in our region.
