Acted as Chief Executive Officer of the New Eagle PTO Corporation. Coordinatedd the work of the Officers and 50 Committee Chairs to perform the objectives of the Corporation. Ensure that the PTO provides programs and services that support the educational mission of New Eagle Elementary. Worked closely with New Eagle principal, teachers, guidance staff, parents and students. Appointed committees as needed and serve as ex-officio member of all committees. Presided at all meetings of the Board of Directors and general members. Responsible for the implementation of all policies adopted by the PTO Board of Directors .

Act as Chief Executive Officer for the Woodgreen Homeowners Association. Preside at all meetings of the Association. Coordinate the work of Association Officers.

Directed and implemented all undergraduate academic-advising programs including monitoring academic probation, re-entry, peer advising, learning plans, and course registration. Managed records and resolved student, faculty and parent concerns that related to undergraduate student issues. Served on College Crisis Committee.

Oversaw formulation and implementation of operating policies and procedures for academic support services, daily operations and Asian, Hispanic, African and Native American (AHANA) programs.
