Detailed analysis of district infrastructure and condition of all of the District’s school and non-school buildings. Developed comprehensive action plan to match facilities with need. Spearheaded complete financial and operational review of the school district. Developed action plan for implementation of the recommendations. Focus for the next four years on the board Responsible fiscal management in keeping with school district and community needs. Monitor district enrollment and educational program and match facilities with need. Monitor, analyze and respond to State and Federal mandates and their impact on the school district. Additional Community Service Scouting Scoutmaster for twenty years. Highlights include helping 42 scouts attain the rank of Eagle. ECHOES Foundation Member of the board of the ECHOES Foundation. Medical advisor to the Double Cure Medical Center in Mpigi Uganda. Traveled to Uganda in 2010 to oversee the implementation of HIV/AIDS and surgical programs and renovation to the medical center.
