PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Digital Position – Web Developer / Intern August 2017 – Present  Coded an overhaul of the company website, utilizing to web development best practices.  Used Google Data Studio to generate automated client website and marketing metrics.  Worked directly on a client’s website, creating and designing functional layouts and landing pages to improve SEO and increase Conversion Rate.  Maintained company SEO tools written in JavaScript to keep them up to date with recent changes in Google standards.  Made changes to the live sites of clients to increase SEO success using the Magento CMS. Inter TOMAS Ogikubo School – English Teacher November 2016 – April 2017  Maintained this job to finance the costs of living abroad in Tokyo during my study at The International Christian University  Arranged and taught English lessons to groups of 2-6 children aged from 5 to 14.  Planned for and conducted 1 on 1 individual lessons with students to practice reading, conversation, etc. th 8 Grade Teacher at The Master’s School – Technology Teacher January 2016 – June 2016  Taught students basic programming techniques using Scratch and Game Maker as tools. ❖ Led the class through a textbook, designed exercises and graded assignments. Bloc Chat – A chatting application built with Angular and Firebase running in development on a Node server. Bloc Jams – Functional Spotify clone initially in coded in vanilla JS, then refactored to use the Angular framework. Address Bloc – This app is a simple address book written in Ruby.
