Terms This approval is valid only for merchandise and date(s) above. Should the seller desire to display merchandise for sale other than listed, a new approval form must be obtained pervious to any change. The CU Book Store reserves the right to inspect seller’s display to determine that merchandise on display is as listed on this agreement form. If the Book Store finds merchandise on display that has not been approved, the UMC Director’s office will be notified immediately. Unauthorized activates will subject the vendor to immediate removal. UMC Sales Approval Process
1. Vendor Obtains and Completes Approval Form. 2. Submit via email to CU Book Store Marketing Manager, Allison Hartel, 15 business days prior to event. 3. Provide samples or specialized info as needed. 4. Identify support need from the CU Book Store. (Ordering books or merchandise for event.) 5. CU Book Store will notify vendor contact and UMC with completed sales agreement form within 5 business days of request.
