Assembly Instructions 1. Preparing the Plastic Road Wheel Drill “ holes in every other molded raised bolt. You should have 6 drilled holes.
Remove the raised molded bolts where the holes are drilled. Smooth out the part with a Grinding Bit or Sand Paper.

2. Install the Steel Ring Use the steel ring as a template to make sure all the holes are evenly distributed. Use a ¼” bolt through the center hole, and the bushing/sleeve to hold the steel ring perfectly centered.

Position all the 4-40 bolts, round head on the steel ring, and add a small amount of “blue lock-tight”. Add the 4-40 nuts. Do not over-tight. When the plate is secured to the plastic wheel, use a 1/2” drill bit and with the steel ring as a template. NO NEED FOR A LATHE!
There are TWO TYPES of wheels: 1. Double Wheels – As shown on picture above (except that bolts are longer). Position the bushing in the center hole, and sandwich TWO identical wheels together. Both bushing are automatically sandwiched inside the wheels. Use six 4-40 1”L bolts, with the pan head on the side of the metal ring – add blue or red thread locker. 2. Single Wheel – As shown in picture below. A small ring sandwich the bushing inside the wheel, add three pop rivets. Use six 4-40 ½” bolts, with the pan head on the side of the metal ring – add blue or red thread locker.
