SALT LAKE CITY OFFICE OF SNELL & WILMER WELCOMES NATHAN R. WOLFLEY SALT LAKE CITY (March 3, 2015) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorney Nathan R. Wolfley has joined the Salt Lake City office. Wolfley focuses his practice in commercial finance. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in his own law firm focusing on business law and litigation, estate planning, construction and family law. In addition, Wolfley worked for the Department of Human Services as a documentation and compliance manager and a HIPAA privacy officer for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities. While at the Department of Human Services, Wolfley was also a technical writer and compliance officer. Wolfley earned his B.A. from Weber State University in English. He received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law where he served on the Moot Court Board. He is a member of the State Bar of Utah.
