SNELL & WILMER WELCOMES DANIEL S. DAINES TO SALT LAKE CITY OFFICE SALT LAKE CITY (August 19, 2014) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Daniel S. Daines has joined the business and finance group as an associate in the Salt Lake City office. He joins Snell & Wilmer as a lateral from York Howell, LLC. Mr. Daines' practice focuses on general corporate transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, business finance, and negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and business agreements. His previous law firm experience also includes time spent at Mitchell & Barlow, P.C. and Callister Nebeker & McCullough, P.C. Mr. Daines attended Brigham Young University where he earned his B.A. in History and Business. He then went on to receive his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where was an associate editor for the BYU Law Review and a lead articles editor for the BYU Education and Law Journal.
