SBCUSD• DIRECTORY OF COMMUNITY SERVICES
Community Resources The importance of successful referrals Studies have shown that many clients get lost between the initial referral and the agency to which the client has been sent. Making successful referrals is an important part of building relationships with parents. Once a parent is successful, he or she will return for assistance the next time a problem occurs and will cooperate with you in the future. This guide is to assist you in making successful referrals to help our parent population. CHILDCARE SERVICES
