Online Gradebook Pilot For Current Schoology Basic Users Only
Moving Grades from Basic to Enterprise Teachers who are currently using Schoology Basic will need to move the grades they have recorded into the new Enterprise system before the Online Gradebook Pilot begins. There are two ways to accomplish this work; 1) convert their existing Basic account into a Schoology Enterprise account or 2) maintain two accounts (Basic and Enterprise). If you do not have a Schoology Basic account, this information does not apply to you. When your Basic account is converted to an Enterprise account, the following items will be automatically migrated: Courses created in the Basic version Content (any materials) created in the Basic courses Courses and Groups with which you are associated Content/Material created in Personal Resources Schoology Profile picture
Student grades in Basic courses need to be manually moved over to new courses in Enterprise: 1. Export Grades from Schoology Basic 2. Login to your Enterprise Account (available February 2nd) 3. Import or enter them into Enterprise Courses
You will be able to login to your new or merged account on February 2nd at lms.lausd.net. All teachers need to have their grades exported from their Basic courses by 8:00 AM February 1st.
