Subject: HIV LECTURE, COUNSELING AND RANDOM HIV TESTING Date: September 28, 2015

Pursuant to the communication received from the City Health Office. I, dated September 14, 2015 in re: One (1) Day HIV Lecture, counseling and random HIV testing in different barangays including Private and Government offices around the City, this office hereby informs the field that the City Health Officers will administer the aforementioned activity on October 26, 2015 at 7:30 A.M. 2.

Each public secondary school will send ten (10) Grade 9 and 10 MAPEH Teachers teaching infections diseases. The venue of the lecture, counseling and HIV testing will be at the Audio Visual Room of Congressional National High School.
