On 24thJune,2O16,amassiveuniteddemonstration underthe auspicesof the NJCA will be held beforethe Parliament.The constituentorganizations will decideuponthe quota for eachStateUnit and communicatethe sameso that the StateUnits can take necessary stepsto ensurethat their membersreachNew Delhi on 24thJune,2016andparticipatein thedemonstration. The NJCA (CHQ) will write to the leadersof all the Politicalpartiesas alsothe Central TradeUnionsseekingtheir supportand solidarityas alsoexplainingas to why theNJCA had to takethe extremestepof organizingthestrikeaction. All the constituentorganizationsand the State Units shall write such letters to the Membersof Parliamentof their respectiveStatesand shall make efforls to meetthem in personto seektheir support. All the State Units of the Constituentorganizationseither jointly or independently otganizePressConferences for coverageby Printand ElectronicMedia. TheNJCA (CHQ) will hold sucha PressConference at Delhion 23'dJune,2016i.e.just onedayprior to the mammothdemonstration plannedbeforethe Parliament. The Constituentorganizations will get in touchwith the Associations/Federations of the retiredpersonnelboth at the All Indiaand Statelevelsto seektheir supportfor the strike agtionand enlist their participationin all demonstrative programmesorganizedby the workingemployees in supportof Strike.The Pensioners Organizations may be informed of the Government decisionto rejectthe recommendations of the 7thCPC to provide optionno.1to the Pensioners asan alternative pensionfitmentformula. The constitubnts will alsoseekthe participation of thoseorganizations in their respective otganizations/departments who are.notassociatedwith the NJCA being non-participants in the JCM Scheme.

NFIR thereforeappealsto all its affiliatesto makeall out effortsto enlistthe supportof employeesof all categoriesfor their total and successful participationin the StrikeAction. It i needsto be realizedthat the historic decisionfor launchingStrike Action by all Central GovernmentEmployeesis an opportunity for every employee/workerto demonstrateunited strengthof workingclassand emergevictoriousinspiteof Government'sonslaughts. We should getreadyto faceany challengeandestablishthatour unitedstrugglehasnot onlybroughtlaurels but alsobecomean unforgettable event,inspiringfuturegenerations of work force.
