In Northern Colorado there are numerous townships and cities and two county governments. Additionally, there are a multitude of other governmental and quasi-governmental entities. This session will discuss public governance in Colorado, how Northern Colorado is organized, the unique character of the various areas in the two counties and the challenges of making decisions in a regional context.
