11:00AM: Room C Acceptance Led by Joe S. Through our journey we discover Acceptance as the key to inner peace. We will understand the benefits of learning to live on life's terms.
12:00PM: Room A & B Our Moral Inventory (Steps 4 & 5) Led by Nuno F. We turn our fears about who we were in the past into courage to make a fearless inventory of our character and to admit our character defects. This shines light on our wrongs.
12:00PM: Room C Tools of Recovery Led by Ben R. We will teach you many different ways to work the program! Learn different techniques to save yourself from the pain of acting out!
12:50PM: Lunch is Served 1:00PM: Room A & B Drop the Rock (Steps 6 & 7) Led by Jay R. By becoming more aware of our defects, we learn to treat them with the right solution. We will learn to troubleshoot during difficulty or stress.
1:00PM: Room C Shame & Guilt Led by Jose S. We learn to understand the source of our Shame and Guilt and see how the 12 Steps are a powerful tool to overcome them
2:00PM: Room A & B Making Amends (Steps 8 & 9) Led by Michael C. We will walk participants through a series of simple, actionable steps for making amends as outlined in the AA Big Book.
2:00PM: Room C Pornography Led by Steve A. One addict's lifetime of experience with the most infamous of inner circle behaviors, the notorious-inglorious "P…”! Details of a life once condemned to the insidious obsession, now happy, joyous, and free! Qualification with worksheets followed by open discussion.
3:00PM: Room A & B A New Way of Living (Steps 10, 11 & 12) Led by Jon F-R. Step 10 teaches us to live in the moment, 11 teaches us prayer and meditation through morning guidance and evening review, and 12 is all about carrying the message.
3:00PM: Room C Why we relapse and what to do about it? Led by Ezekiel C. We will review the common characteristics of those who relapse, what can be done about it, and 5 key actions to move away from the problem and into the solution.

Led by Partners of Members. Partners of fellows share their experiences, including discovery, disclosure, working through trauma, effective resources, and building new relationships. This workshop is open to both fellows and partners.

1:00PM: Room B & C Sober Dating Led by Michael C., Catesby B. & Trevor B. This workshop approaches sober dating from a healthy, simple perspective, and offers suggestions about how others may do so, as well.

2:00PM: Room B & C Hero’s Journey
Led by Richard K. The Hero's Journey is a universal narrative found across human cultures and across time. This workshop explores the power of this universal narrative and the parallels to our own 12 step recovery journey.

3:00PM: Room B & C Healthy Sexuality Led by Bob H. “Now About Sex … the imperious urge”. Join us for a brief presentation and discussion on sex, love, intimacy, the Twelve Steps, and the age old search for the “Holy Grail” of healthy sexuality.
