Shri Narendrabhai, Your kind attention is invited to the ugly and avoidable incidence of illegally encroaching upon the legal right of the Shareholder from attending the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders in Gujarat this month on 24th June 2013. The Company has confirmed through Affidavit that the "Company has no Power and no Right to stop Shareholders from attending the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders". And, yet the Company Secretary stopped the Shareholder from attending the AGM by refusing to issue Entry Pass for attending the AGM despite repeated gentle personal requests made to the Company Secretary. However, the Company, in response to the Legal Notice served on the Company Secretary, has not furnished any explanation as to why the Shareholder was stopped from attending the Annual General Meeting. Also, kindly punish the delinquent lower rung Judges in Gujarat, who are found to be guilty of allowing filing of the wrong cases / reckless use of judicial powers.
