Skyward Employee Access (Payroll): W2 Options Login to Employee Access  Go to www.navasotaisd.org  Select For Staff, then Links for Staff, then Skyward Employee Access Center  Enter your Login ID and password  The form should automatically popup on the screen to select either option of paper or electronic form for your W2. **If it does not automatically prompt you to select, please see the instructions below to select either option for your W2 form to be received.

Select Employee Information



Under Payroll, select W2 Information to view your W2’s



To the right, click “Options for Receiving My 20XX W2…”

On the W2 Options screen, select an option to receive your W2 toward the bottom of the screen. Click Save.
