FROM OUR LEADERS

//DEAR FRIENDS, It is on behalf of the entire JHSC Board of Directors, and with great excitement and anticipation that we present this 5-Year Strategic Plan. Under the leadership of our new Executive Director, Brian Krill, and with the help of Steve Cohan, a consultant from the U.S. Ski and Snowboard, the Board worked over the past year to produce this Plan. At the outset, the Board divided itself into five subgroups corresponding to the five pillars of the Plan and then held more than 15 subgroup meetings. These meetings resulted in a comprehensive outline of the Plan which was then discussed and shaped in an all day meeting of the entire Board. Before finalization, Brian and board members met with representatives of the Club’s partners to obtain feedback and comments. We believe it was worth the effort.

With our Plan a new era for the Club begins. Execution of the Plan will produce a well-organized, highly-functional, financially-sound organization which we envision to be “World Class” in all aspects, both on and off snow. And with the funding of the scholarship accounts, the Club’s athletic programs will be accessible to our youth and there will be support for the high achievers to reach their greatest potential. Meanwhile, we celebrate: A rich 80-year history, as the oldest nonprofit in Jackson, WY 500 athletes and their dreams to be champions in both sport and life Current families, partners, and members that support the athletes every day

You – the Club’s many friends, supporters, donors, sponsors, and alumni The unlimited potential of this Club and this community We look forward to discussing the Plan with you, and seeing it come to fruition with your continued support. BILL CAMPBELL JHSC BOARD PRESIDENT

WORKING TOWARD OUR GOALS MISSION Inspire and develop studentathletes through innovative and accessible ski and snowboard programs that provide opportunities to pursue personal excellence in snowsports and life.
