ALIAMANU MIDDLE SCHOOL BUS PAYMENTS FOR SY 2016-2017 Parents must read, complete, and sign a bus application. Our office hours for bus payments will be from Monday thru Friday from 8:00 – 1:30 p.m. We are a CASH ONLY school and will be accepting bills no larger than $50. We will be accepting payments beginning July 1st thru the beginning of school year 2016-2017 provided there are no changes to bus services. We highly advise parents to submit payment as soon as possible to avoid a rush at the beginning of the school year or during our fee payment day (July 21). Students will not be able to ride the bus unless payments are made. I.D. badges will serve as their bus pass as well as their lunch card and internet access all in one. Replacement badges will cost $7.00 (subject to change). As a reminder, all school bus riders must present a valid bus pass every time they ride the bus. If a student forgets to bring their pass to school, a temporary pass can be issued. This pass is given out only once per student per school year. Please call our school office at 421-4100 if you have any questions regarding bus pass payments. CAUTION: The Department of Education has adopted a strict NO REFUND policy on all school bus pass purchases (similar to the City’s no-refund policy on city bus pass purchases). No refunds will be given for the unused portion of any bus pass. If your child transfers to a new school during the school year, and if your child is eligible for bus service at the new school, the remaining value of your child’s original bus pass will be transferred to the new school. Please consider your school transportation plans carefully before PURCHASING a bus pass! There will be a $7.00 I.D. charge for any change made to your bus plan during the year. Bus pass prices will range approximately from $12.50 to $270. The following bus plans are offered: Annual Trips, $270 (to and from school or one-way) Quarterly Trips, $72 (to and from school or one-way) One-Way Coupons. $12.50 (10/sht.)
