GUIDELINES/MECHANICS IN RANKING OFFICES/DELIVERY UNITS FOR THE GRANT OF PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS (PBB) FY 2016
The Delivery Units (grouped according to similarities of tasks and responsibilities) will be rated and forced ranked according to the extent/degree of their contributions to the achievement of the performance targets of the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) as reflected in Forms A and A-1. On the other hand, the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) ratings will be used as basis for ranking the performance of PSAU officials, employees and staff to identify those who will be categorized as best, better and good performers. Employees belonging to the First and Second Levels should receive a rating of at least “Satisfactory” based on the University’s CSC-approved SPMS. In addition, the eligibility of PSAU President to FY 2016 PBB will be based on the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order No. 4 s. 2015. Another basis for the release of FY 2016 PBB to individuals will be liquidation of FY 2016 Cash Advances and submission of their 2015 SALN to the Office of the President and Ombudsman.
