Your Centre of Innovation 8 – 9 September 2016 Holiday Inn, Mumbai www.techtextil-india.co.in

08 - 09 September 2016 Holiday Inn, Mumbai Over the last couple of years India has been growing at a steady pace in the Technical Textile field, with a perceptible sign of growth having been observed recently in a few specialized fields. India has, nevertheless, yet to find a significant place (like in conventional textiles – readymade garments and home textiles) in global Technical Textile markets. Although Indian Technical Textile manufacturing activities are still in a nascent stage, the demand is growing at a rapid pace from a limited base. The advantage of Indian firms being ‘a late entrant’ into the technical textiles domain (compared to China) is, that companies can directly invest into state-of-the-art technology. Looking at the opportunities, Indian Technical textiles has recently seen major indigenous capacity investments without support by a western tie-up or JV partner. These investments demonstrate that India has reached the stage to become a major player in Technical Textiles outside and in parallel of the traditional textiles segments. Techtextil India Symposium is the premier forum for the technical textiles industry (including nonwovens and composites) attracting top level speakers and highly qualified professionals across the industry. The conference brings together participants representing the entire cross-section and all stake-holders of the industry at a common platform to learn about the market outlook, trends, developments, opportunities and challenges in the industry and also network with the industry experts. With editions of symposium held worldwide at Frankfurt, Moscow, Shanghai and Atlanta, The Indian edition too is well-regarded as the key business forum for the fast growing Indian Technical Textiles industry. Participants Profile  Machinery Manufacturer  Raw Material Supplier  Fabric Supplier  End Product Manufacturer  Consultants  Startups/New Entrepreneurs  Investors  Research and Development Companies  Textile Institutions  Testing and Certification Authorities  Industry Associations
