Kind attention of Railway Board is invited to the letters cited under referenceand Federation's communications that latestbeingletterdated27107/2017. Federationis disappointedto state that though the specific instanceswhere Zonal Railwayshavedenied30%opay elementfor calculationof emolumentsfor pensionarybenefitsto the retired/retiringLoco Inspectorshave been pointed out to the Board, instructionsto those ZonalRailwayshave not beenissuedso far. Furtherreportsreceivedfrom East CentralRailway revealthat the Loco Inspectorsretired after 0110112016 have also not beengrantedretirement benefitson 7thCPC pay plus 30% thereonat the time of retirement. NFIR, therefore,once again urgesupon the Railway Board to issueclarificationto all Zonesfor granting 30Yoadditionto the 7tnCPC Pay to the Loco Inspectorsfor paymentof retiral benefits.
