I/We, hereby desire to submit my/our Expression of Interest to seek priority in allotment of a residential unit in any proposed project of yours at Gurgaon, Haryana. My/Our personal details are as follow:-

I/We understand and agree that this EOI application, merely expresses my/our intention to seek allotment of a Unit in your forthcoming projects in Gurgaon and notwithstanding the fact that the Company may have issued receipts in acknowledgement of the money paid by me from time to time, the allotment of the Unit shall be made by the Company through issue of an Allotment Letter in due course following which I/We shall be required to sign and execute Flat Buyer Agreement for the Unit which shall contain the standard terms and conditions for sale of the said Unit.

I/We agree to pay the installments and all other moneys/dues as per the installment payment plan and I/We agree that the total amounts payable by me for the said Unit shall be based on the area of the Unit as would be given in the Allotment Letter.

I/We understand and agree that execution of this EOI shall not amount to booking / allotment of a flat or creation of any kind of right, title and interest of any nature whatsoever in any Unit of any Project till the execution of the Allotment Letter by the Company in my favour.

I/We agree that in the event allotment is not made within _____ months for any reason whatsoever, the Company shall be liable to refund the amount paid by me/us under this EOI along with interest at the rate of ____% per

I/We am/are aware of the fact that apart from priority in selection, submission of EOI does not entitle me/us to any other concession whatsoever whether in respect of payment of any other charges or any other preferential term.

I/We agree that in the event of my/our failure to pay the due amount within the stipulated time or any default on our part to accept the terms and conditions of EOI, my application of EOI shall be treated as withdrawn and the Company shall be entitled to cancel my Expression of Interest and forfeit the money paid by me without serving any notice to effectuate such cancellation and I/We shall be left with no interest ,claim or right against the Company arising out of my/our EOI.

In case of any dispute, I/We shall resolve it through arbitration and refer it to the sole arbitrator appointed by the Company.

Any allotment against this EOI shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the standard Flat Buyer Agreement of the Company.
