Log into Naviance through the lock and key or by going to connection.naviance.com/ahsmn Login Example Student: Student Example Student ID:123456 Email: Stude_Examp456 (do not include the @ahschools.us) Password: 123456 2. Click on the colleges tab 3. Click on transcripts (under resources on the left) 4. Click Request Transcripts for my College Applications 5. Enter your college (must use the lookup feature) 6. Click Request Transcripts 7. Return transcript request with $3 to the Counseling Office/Career Center   

Your transcript will be electronically sent to the college once you have completed both steps (Naviance request and transcript request form with money turned in). Allow 5 school days for processing Check the status of your transcript requests on Naviance by logging back in, click the “Colleges” tab, then click on “Transcripts” on the left side, and then click “check the status of my transcript requests”.

Click on the colleges tab 3. Click on Colleges I’m applying to 4. In the blue box, type in your email you used to complete your Common App, confirm your birthdate, and select Match. *Note that you will need to sign your FERPA agreement on the Common App website before you can match your two accounts.

Directions for requesting a Letter of Recommendation from someone at Andover High School: 1. Log into Naviance through the lock and key or by going to connection.naviance.com/ahsmn Login Example Student: Student Example Student ID:123456 Email: Stude_Examp456 (do not include the @ahschools.us) Password: 123456 2. Click on the colleges tab 3. Select Colleges I’m Applying to 4. Common Application only: If you have not already done so, complete the Privacy Notice in your Common Application and then match your account on the Naviance side. 5. Next you will add the individuals that you want to complete your letter of recommendation letters. You should have already talked to them and given them the green letter of recommendation form. Under teacher recommendations (at the bottom of the page, you will have to scroll down), click add/cancel. Find the individuals names and you may want to include a message in the right column explaining your college plans and other important information. Click updated when finished. An email will go to them. 

Please notify the Career Center when you know your letter has been uploaded into Naviance.
