TroopMaster Web Directions UserID: __________________ Password: __________________ 1. Go to the troop web page: www.troop7online.org

2. On the left side of the screen, about half way down, you will see “TroopMaster Web”. Click on “Login”. 3. The TroopMaster Web Troop 007 web page should open.

4. Enter your UserID and Password. These are case sensitive. 5. Click on the blue “Log in” box. 6. You should now see the main menu page.

7. You are now in TroopMaster Web. You have limited rights.

To change your password 8. Click on My Account, this will open a pop up box

9. Click on “create/ view password(s)” the following screen will open.

10. Enter the information to change your password. Once you have entered in your new password click the blue “OK” box

To change, update or add personal/ family information 11. Click on the “Scouts” tab, this will open a drop down menu. 12. Click on Scout Management.

13. Your Scout(s) name will appear. Please click “view” tab at the end of the scout’s name.

14. A screen will open, which contains all your scout(s) information. Please update or check to see if all the contained information is correct. It is very important to keep this information current and up to date, especially contact numbers and medical information.

15. To edit any of the categories, click on the blue colored tab above the specific block.

16. Once you open the specific block, you can view the information within the block. To edit any specific information within the block, click the edit tab.

17. Once you click the blue “edit” tab a new screen will appear. Add the new information, then click the red “save” tab. Once the information has been saved, click on the blue “close” tab

18. You have limited rights and can only edit certain categories. You can also view the current awards, leadership and other positions from this screen. Just click on the blue tabs above the categories.

To View Advancement information. 19. From the main Scout management screen, on the left side is a drop down box. Click on the drop down box and choose Boy Scout Advancement.

20. The Advancement screen will open. To view the progress in the individual ranks, Merit Badges, or other Awards, just click on the specific rank.

21. When you are done in each screen click “close”. This will take you back to the main Scout Management screen. If you wish to view any other area, just click on the tab (activities, advancement, adults, or any of the other tabs) at the top of the screen. Again, you only have certain rights and you can’t view certain items.

22. When you are done you can log out by clicking the log out tab at the top right of the screen.
