I- Presentation of the main technical supports of the architecture RISKOSOFT 1-

The intranet Riskosoft IRM / http://www.riskosoft-softwareservices-international.fr.nf/ : This web space is your dish-shaped work with your user account you can create your personalized space intranet, and you'll have access to all services Riskosoft.

Your status reports in PDF : Once you have entered data in your enterprise application, Riskosoft gives you a place to download customized reports to see your business situation.

Your dashboards in Excel Format: Riskosoft allows you to download dashboards in Excel format, you can connect to your internal database for an automatic update.

II- Your objective with the application M3-The Costs Savings: The management by your team, indicators of performance and cost savings (absenteeism, quality defects, occupational accidents, direct productivity, know-how). The use of this application is possible only if your structure already has a customer account Riskosoft, and that if the M1 module was already activated by the person in charge of the finances. This application is mainly used by the team leaders of the lines of activity (a team has a staff of maximum about twenty persons, with a well defined mission). Your objective by using this application is to register weekly data of performance indicators of your team, for the calculation of cost savings realized on every indicator. III- How does it work? You are a team leader: here are 4 steps which you have to follow. -

Step N°1: create your user account,

Step N°2: Register the names of the employees of your team

-

Step N°3: To seize once a week the data of management concerning your team for the calculation by the on-line application of the savings of you realized,

-

Step N°4: Every person in charge according to its level of access can download at any time the reports of performance.

To Create your user account Riskosoft:

On the website: http://www.riskosoft-softwareservices.fr.nf/

Click on the link "Create your account Riskosoft" and enter your user profile in the web form Riskosoft

Important : -

In the question “Is someone in your company already uses our services? “ You owe indicate “yes” and add “the customer code” of your company (example: " yes - customer Code: 00101ab). To know your customer code, you have to contact the person in charge of your line of activity or the person in charge of your company.

In the question " Select the application which you want use ", you owe select the application " M3-Costs Savings "

When your demand is sent, the IT service Riskosoft, will send you a few minutes later by e-mail the following confidential information: -

account number, customer code number, login (login to your account Riskosoft), password (login to your account Riskosoft), Password to access the online application.

Your account is created. The following step: you connect to the application and register the names of the employees of your team. 2-

You connect to the application and you register the names of the employees of your team:

After your connection, by using your login and your password, click the application " M3-Costs Savings ". Click "Application M3": having clicked this link, a set of links appears at you: -

"0-your team" click the first link: this link will give you access to the interface of recording of the employees of your team.

Enter your password to reach the application, and connect you.

Enter your customer login, Select your line of activity, Indicate the main mission of your team, Click on « NEXT »

You are at the moment on the interface: “Identification of employees of a team” Begin by registering the information concerning you as "team leader": -

Your Name, Indicate your professional category Indicate the level or your shape of incapacity if you have a handicap, should the opposite occur, to select: "the employee is not handicaped", Indicate your incapacity rate if you have a handicap (if you do not have this information you can obtain it with your company doctor, or your human resources manager), otherwise, you have no handicap then leave this space blank.

- Select your level of Versatility: In your activity you have at least 3 levels of versatility. * A Versatility of level 1 with your main function - example: a commercial main function is to sell its products * A Versatility of level 2 with a secondary function - example: A commercial can have for secondary function to answer the complaints customers, of the after-sales service * A Versatility of level 3 With an auxiliary function - A commercial can have for auxiliary function to realize formations for the new commercial of the company Once finished recording your data, click Next to save the data of other employees in your team. * The M3 interface "0 - Your team," allows every team leader in a line of activity to register the employees of his team, the maximum number of employees is 20. If the number of your team exceeds the number 20, then you must inform the company Riskosoft Corporation simply stating your customer number.

The list of the employees of your team is registered in the database of the application Riskosoft M3 Costs Savings The next Step: you access to your M3 interface once a week to save the data of your team, for the calculation of cost savings for your company 3- You go to your Interface Riskosoft M3 to enter your data weekly When your user account was created and when list of the employees of your team is registered in the database of the application Riskosoft M3, you go to receive in your e-mail box a message on behalf of the company Riskosoft Corporation, informing you that your interface Riskosoft M3 personalized for the seizure of your data, is available. -

Connect to the riskosoft application M3. After the link " 0-Your team ", appears a series of links with the names of the lines of activities of your company:

Important : * The number of links is the number of lines activity of your company. You can have 8 lines of activity maximum. * Every link corresponding to the lines of activities is intended for the various team leaders of your company, every team leader can so reach the interfaces of data captures for the calculation of the savings of costs realized by the employees. * The last link "Lines of activities" is a specific interface for the person in charge of all the lines of activities (example: the CEO or the CFO etc….). It is specific simply because it is used in the particular case of the data capture of cost savings which can concern, one or several whole lines. We shall return on the presentation of this interface later in this tutorial. -

Click the link of your line of activity and enter the password to reach the interface

3-1- Use of the interface Riskosoft M3 The question to ask oneself before beginning to use it is the following one: Does someone in my team has done during the week: an absence, a quality defect, an occupational accident, or then, a distance from direct productivity? If none of the employees of your team realized in the week: No absence, no quality defect, no occupational accident, and no distance from direct productivity, Then you do not have to use the interface Riskosoft M3, the application updates automatically, and savings realized by the employees of your team are calculated and integrated into the economic database of your company. After answering this question if the answer is "yes", you can use the interface Riskosoft M3. -

Indicate your customer login, Click the button of confirmation of your line of activity, Specify the period during which you have saved data on the performance of employees on your team.

3-2- Management of the indicator: absenteeism

Click the button « absenteeism», Click on « NEXT » Click the button of confirmation of the indicator

Identification of the employee N°1: who was absent during week? -

Select the name of the employee concerned in the list of the employees of your line of activity, Indicate the day, and the time of absence of the employee (if the employee was absent several days, indicate the total time of absence of the week), Specify costs: if no charges had been spent due to the absence of the employee, you leave this space blank.

You ended to identify the employee N°1, you have the choice between: -

Identification of the employee N°1: Who was responsible for “a quality defect” during week? -

Select the name of the employee concerned in the list of the employees of your line of activity, Select the type or the types of noticed defects, Indicate the day, and the time of regulation of one or several quality defects (if several days, indicate the total time of regulation of the week) The Spending of operations for the quality defects of the week : if no charges had been spent, you leave this blank

You ended to identify the employee N°1, you have the choice between: -

Select the name of the employee concerned in the list of the employees of your line of activity, According to your perception, select the level of responsibility of the employee Indicate the day, and the time of regulation of the occupational accident Indicate the spending of operations allocated to this action: if no charges had been spent, you leave this blank

You ended to identify the employee N°1, you have the choice between: -

3-5- Management of the indicator: Direct Productivity -

Click the button « Direct Productivity », Click on « NEXT » Click the button of confirmation of the indicator

Identification of the employee N°1: With this indicator must specify if an employee could carry out the mission entrusted to him during the week in less time than expected, or if while on planned spending, the employee responsible for the budget established for its mission successfully not spend it all. Otherwise you can not enter anything on this indicator. M3 application automatically updates to analyze the performance of your line of activity. -

Select the name of the employee concerned in the list of the employees of your line of activity, Select the day or days concerned Indicate the expected time of the week for the accomplishment of this mission (example : 35h), Indicate the time got back and allocated to other tasks (He realized his work in 34 hours and in dedicated 1 hour to realize an other task for the company, the got back time is of 1 hour), Indicate the planned expenses of operations Indicate the saved expenses of operations (example : It was planned that he makes a 200 euros spending, and he realized a 180 euros spending, he thus saved up, 20 euros).
