SEEING THE FIBERS
PACKAGING
Two simple procedures can be performed quickly at the jobsite to visually verify the presence of UltraFiber 500® fibers:
METHOD A
2
1
1. Allow some concrete pieces to partially dry. 2. Break the pieces open. 3. The very small UltraFiber 500® fibers can be seen protruding across the broken edge.
3
FOR AUTOMATED DISPENSERS Packaging: Super sacks Units: 600 lb. sacks Pallet orders: 2 sacks per pallet (1000 lbs.) BAGS Packaging: 1 lb. water-soluble bags Units: 30 bags per carton (30 lbs.) Pallet orders: 32 cartons per pallet (960 lbs.) Packaging: 1.5 lb. water-soluble bags Units: 20 bags per carton (30 lbs.) Pallet orders: 32 cartons per pallet (960 lbs.)

METHOD B 1. Put some fresh concrete in a container. 2. Add water to the container.
4
3
3. Cap the container; shake for 20 seconds. 4. Pour the liquid portion over a screen.
UltraFiber 500®
Cellulose fiber reinforcement for industrial, commercial, residential, architectural, & decorative applications
5. A visible fibrous mat will form.

6. Fiber is more concentrated and whiter after an additional water rinsing.
• Best finishing fiber – invisible with no fuzz or balling • Only fiber that accepts integral color, stains, & dyes • Reduces plastic shrinkage & temperature cracking • Improves impact & abrasion resistance • Improves freeze-thaw resistance • More fibers & better tensile strength than polypropylene • Improves hydration • Sustainably sourced
