ICT - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Provide assistance in research and consolidation of data Assist in all the data gathering activities of the specific projects Perform documentation of activities, meetings, fieldwork and workshops and monitoring of information Assist in the conduct and logistical support needed for research related activities with the LGUs
Provides assistance to the production of ULAP promotional materials including the maintenance, encoding of content and website information management Provide multi-media documentation support for ULAP programs Preparation of multimedia documentation of ULAP’s meetings and conference Technical support in data gathering for research to aid program development and implementation Provide assistance in maintenance of the office computer facilities.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT Provide assistance to all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, and logistics ULAP programs Perform multifaceted general office support and dayto-day operations of the organization Assist in coordination with partners and government agencies Assist in materials development for ULAP National Executive Board gatherings Perform other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor
ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING Provide assistance in recording of financial transactions Assist in summarizing details in separate ledgers or computer files and transfers data to general ledger, using calculator or computer Perform other related duties for bookkeeping as required by the immediate supervisor
LIASON/LOGISTICS WORK Provide overall assistance to ULAP Secretariat work Perform various logistics functions in support of ULAP’s program and project engagement Prepare coordination related to work schedules, venue reservations, transport requirements and other particulars for the assigned projects Assist in managing the incoming and outgoing communications in ULAP’s events and activities
