1. Per DepED Memorandum No. 206, s. 2017 dated 20 Dec 2017, Mr. Abram Y. C. Abanil has been issued an appointment by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as Director IV, Department of Education, vice Aida C. Yuvienco. He has taken his oath and assumed the duties and responsibilities of Director IV, information and Communication Technology Service, effective December 14, 2017. 2. In view thereof, all papers for the signature of Director Abanil shall be prepared in the following manner:
