Actively engaging in group work during your degree programme will not help you to improve your skills and it will also give you good examples to use in interviews. 5. If you are working in an international team with members who have been educated in different countries then it is often helpful to talk about your previous experience of group work. 6. As a group, you will need to decide who is going to do which part of the task and also how you are going to keep a record of your work. 7. It is not a good idea to keep a record of your meetings and who attended them, decisions made and action plans. 8. One of the reasons for using group work is to enable you to learn from the experience and idea about experiential learning. 9. A major advantage of group work is that it enables different people to work together and share their ideas, perspectives and experiences. 10. Working in a diverse group normally involves less effort than working in a group where everyone comes from the same background and has a similar perspective. 11. The ability to working in diverse group is not an important skill and essential for working in a global economy. 12.
