Urgent Vacancy: SKYNET MPS Job Descriptions and Position Required: General Manager (1 position) This position requires an energetic hands-on professional General Manager to assume overall responsibility for SKYNET MPS business that includes sales, marketing, engineering, maintenance, supply and logistics, distribution and administration related to the efficient day-to-day running of the operation. Total responsibility and accountability for the management of the entire operation. Agree upon and execute the business plan with a clearly defined strategy, implementation plan, and time lines. Work with the Finance & Admin team to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and other statutory compliance information

Sales & Marketing Manager (1 Position) Roles & Responsibilities: • • • •

Supervise sales team to develop competitive strategies including strategic business model, feasible action plan and execution to achieve sales target. Perform market and competitor analysis, and develop competitive solution and strategy roadmap to effectively market SKYNET product. Understanding customer needs, market activity and competitive profiles, Forecasting sales activity Solving customers and RSP problems by working closely with other members of the sales and marketing team members and colleagues from a range of departments such as: Customer Service, Engineering, Administration, etc.; as well as senior company managers

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecom, Electronics or any field, Master of Business and Administration (MBA) is preferred At least 8 years experience in commercialization of the related products. Channel Distribution Manager (1 position)

This position will be responsible for the strategic as well as, tactical direction and management of all RSP. This role is responsible for creating tools that will assist in the evaluation of where and how to best expand SKYNET points of distribution. The goal of the position is to ensure a superior customer experience across all retail distribution channels through the deployment of conveniently located SKYNET points of presence, the enforcement of our brand strategy, and driving all retail locations to achieve standards of excellence. Key contributor to the vision and roadmap of the distribution channel strategy Develop and prioritize specific business initiatives that improve distribution channels Develop and maintain a distribution model to evaluate the expansion, relocation and renovation potential of RSP locations Manage financial tracking and allocation of a capital budget related to store distribution Responsible for tracking, recovery, refurbishment and reallocation of all store fixture assets Develop and manage overall functional showroom strategy and tactical plans Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of showroom build outs, relocations and remodels for RSP locations Operationalize brand strategy for Store-within-a store and kiosk locations Sales Operations owner of vendor relationships related to SKYNET showrooms i.e. architects, fixture houses, general contractors, sign company Coordinate with marketing department on the placement of promotional in-store presentation materials and collateral Manage use of Intranet site for communication of showroom and facilities related standards Implementation of specialty displays for new product and service launches Ensure accuracy of store database and store locator on the web

Provide consulting to sales team and partner in implementation of retail marketing strategies as well as product & service development. Conduct commercial training workshops with partners. Develop planning and design of retail strategies. Create business plans and feasibility analysis for SKYNET markets. Provide market studies, demand forecast and analysis of potential markets. Develop sales channel and service provisioning process with partner for retail market.
