Vendor Instructions for the 2018 Burque Bee City Pollination Celebration, June 16th, from 9:00am2:00pm The Open Space Visitor Center 6500 Coors Blvd. NW 87120 505-897-8831 BOOTH SETUP AND BREAKDOWN
Booth set up begins at 8:15am Saturday June 16th. Please refer to the layout map attached for location of the unloading zone. After you arrive, please check in at the front desk for your booth assignment Once you have unloaded your booth, please park in the designated parking area for vendors so that there is ample parking for the public. Booth breakdown begins at 2:00 pm. The Pollination Celebration will take place both indoors and outdoors. Please check the weather and plan accordingly. The Pollinator Event committee has done its best to accommodate with comfortable spaces for all vendors, including shade for outdoor vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Booths must be fully installed by 9:00 am. Acceptance to the event assumes a commitment to be at the event from 9am-2pm.

Every effort is made to create ease of access and flow to all spaces. PARKING: There is limited parking on-site. We want those spaces to be available to festival participants. Please park in the designated vendor and volunteer parking zone as indicated on the attached map. Thank you for your participation!
