Please join us for our 2018 Ice Cream Social & Arts and Crafts Fair! It is our 40th year and we hope you can be a part of it. Please see the details below and submit your application soon. Due to high demand and very limited space indoors, we have had to limit indoor booth spaces to one per vendor. Only 14 indoor spaces are available; this is fewer than in past years. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee specific spaces; all booths will be assigned. A map will be located at the entry to the parking lot for outside spaces; indoor spaces will be marked with vendor’s name. A limited number of tables are available at $10 each for the inside booths only on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requesting a table will not necessarily guarantee one and you will be advised if you will get one to use. Registration and fee must be received by August 15 for promotional purposes. No stakes are allowed at outside booths; please use pop-up awnings/tents. All vendors must submit a $15 quality item (one for each space booked) for the raffle. Items for the raffle must be listed on the registration form. These items must be tagged and placed on the designated table no later than 9 am on Sunday morning, September 2. The clubhouse will be open from 2-4 pm on Saturday, September 1, and by 7 am Sunday, September 2 for set-up. Clubhouse is locked by Security promptly at 4 pm on Saturday. No outdoor setups on Saturday permitted. See reverse side for FAQs. Apple Canyon Lake Arts & Craft Fair answers to FAQs – KEEP FOR REFERENCE • • • • • • • • • •
To assure security for our inside vendors, we will lock the Clubhouse promptly at 4 pm on Sat., Sept 1, so please plan to finish setting up by that time. Outside vendors cannot set up until Sunday morning. The parking lot will open for set up at 7 am on Sun, Sept 2. Crafters using inside spaces will find your table or area marked with your name for easy identification when you arrive to set up. Outside spaces will be marked off and labeled with a number that corresponds to your booth name on a map at the entrance to the parking lot. It is NOT “First come-First serve,” as many of our vendors often reserve more than one space and we must be able to accommodate them. You may set-up any time after 7 am on Sunday, September 2. If you are erecting a canopy, please make sure it is freestanding or that you have some sort of set-up for support without stakes. The parking lot is paved and we are not able to drive anything into the ground. Please keep your items within the perimeter of your space. We have had many complaints about those who exceed their boundaries, both indoors and outdoors. This is not fair to the other vendors. Please place your raffle item (one item per booth) - tagged with your business name - on the raffle table in the Clubhouse no later than 9 am on Sunday, September 2. Remember, this is a long weekend so plan your cash bank accordingly. Please make sure you bring enough change as the office cannot provide any. Lighting in the Clubhouse is not the greatest. Please bring extension cords and lights to improve your booth’s appearance. ALL VENDORS ARE ASKED TO PARK IN THE BACK ROW OF THE LARGE PARKING LOT ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY TO THE COVE. WE ALL WANT GUESTS TO BE ABLE TO CARRY YOUR MERCHANDISE A REASONABLE DISTANCE! NO TEARDOWNS BEFORE 4 PM. NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CRAFT AREA BEFORE THIS TIME.
