RED CROSS YOUTH ADVISER AND RED CROSS 143 TEAM LEADER October 10, 2016
In response to the letter dated August 8, 2016 signed by Ms. Ma. Luz S. Asencio, Chapter Administrator of Philippine Red Cross

Cavite Chapter, all School Heads is advised to assign/ appoint
focal persons as the following: 1.
One (1) Red Cross Youth Adviser In-charge in overseeing the Red Cross Youth Council that will be established in the school.
2.
One (1) Red Cross 143 Team Leader In-charge for the Red Cross 143 Team of the school composed of teaching and nonteaching personnel who will be the first responders that the chapter will train in case of local emergency.
Moreover, please be informed that Mr. Clifford Gabatin, Red Cross Staff. will be visiting the schools to further discuss the aforementioned. Hence, the appointed School Youth Adviser and School Team Leader together with their respective School Heads are encouraged to be present during his visit.
