We Celebrate Winter The December 21st Concert Presented by The Primary Division – Grades 1-3 Dear Primary Parents, Our short Winter Concert is almost here. Hopefully you marked your calendars for the morning of Wednesday December 21st. You will recall that we have over 300 participants eager to share their talents with you. We will be performing in shifts, on the stage in the Auditorium. For your comfort and enjoyment we will be inviting parents to join us for blocks of time according to your child(ren)’s grades(s). You will be asked to arrive for your child’s performance at a particular time. When it is your turn, doors will be opened and you will be seated. This has proved to be quite successful in the past and allows for parents to sit or stand comfortably knowing it will not be too crowded. You will be able to see clearly and wave to your little performers as you see fit. When the show that you are watching is over (e.g. all Grade One classes have presented), you will be asked to leave the Auditorium via the parking lot doors. We will have MC’s and ushers helping out and ask for your cooperation with this exit strategy. It truly allows us to accommodate other waiting parents and our performers who will be finishing up. Thank you in advance for your understanding this format. Schedule of Performances: Performances will not start before the designated start time and there will be student ushers letting those in line know the next performance. If you are late, please see a student usher who can assist you. Grade One Parents – doors will open at 8:45 a.m. The show will begin at 9:00 a.m. Grade Two Parents (2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4 and the two’s only from 12-1) – doors will open at 9:30 a.m. The show will begin at 9:35 a.m. Grade Three Parents (including all of class 23-1) – doors will open at approximately 10:05 a.m. The show will begin at 10:10.
