Sub:- RVM(SSA) – Cluster Resource Persons – Monitoring on the work of Cluster Resource Persons – Review of performance of CRPs by MEOs and Payment of Transport Charges to CRPs – Certain instructions – Reg. *** The attention of all the Project Officers, Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA) in the State is invited to the subject read above and informed that it is brought to the notice of the undersigned that the Cluster Resource Persons engaged to assist the School Complex Headmasters are not visiting the schools in their School Complex area regularly, not conducting the meetings with School Management Committees, not monitoring the implementation of the important programmes of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and there is a lack of supervision on Cluster Resource Persons. Hence, the following instructions are issued: 1. Mandal Educational Officers shall conduct meeting with Clusters Resource Persons once in fortnight to review their performance specially monitoring of schools and submit monthly report to the concerned Project Officers. 2. Mandal Educational Officers may utilize the services of Cluster Resource Persons as and when necessary. 3. Cluster Resource Persons may be paid transport charges towards their visits to schools under the purview of School Complex concerned and for attending meetings at Mandal Resource Centre. Actual Bus/Auto charges may be paid during review meeting at Mandal Resource Centres. An amount of Rs.3,000/(Rupees Three thousand only) per month may be released to the Mandal Educational Officer from District Project Office for this purpose as advance and the Mandal Educational Officer has to submit Utilization Certificates to District Project Officers regularly after making payment to Cluster Resource Persons in the Mandal Level Meeting. The Cluster Resource Persons have to submit month-wise actual T.A. bill to Mandal Educational Officer concerned. Therefore, all the District Project Officers, Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA) are requested to strictly adhere the above instructions without fail and they are requested to issue instructions to all the Mandal Educational Officers in the State.
