Mr. William Mullane, Vice President, Facilities and Construction, reviewed with Committee the G.O. Bond Program Status. Mr. Mullane in the presentation covered the following: Proposition 1 and Proposition 2 Renovations at ACC Highland New Campus in Leander (San Gabriel Campus) Land Banking in the Southeast Austin area Renovations of RGC Main Building at the Rio Grande Campus Renovations at Campuses after relocations to ACC Highland Districtwide Projects Expansion of Round Rock Campus Expansion of Elgin Campus Expansion of Hays Campus What is included for the Riverside Campus What is in progress so far at the Riverside Campus General issues
Follow-up Items:
The Riverside Campus is a seven day-a-week campus which makes it extremely difficult to schedule needed repairs because of its current campus hours of operation. The Riverside Campus space will continue to be reviewed and accessed for possible future facility projects.
