The new OpenTable Dining Reward Prepaid Mastercard ® is now available for use at your restaurant! Guests may choose between virtual and physical cards as their Reward Card options.

If guests don't remember where to locate their Reward Card, please follow the steps below in order to help them find it in their email or the OpenTable app.

If a guest chooses a virtual card, write the card number on the back of the receipt, and then key in the card number manually (the same way you would a card with a magstripe that doesn’t work).

How to view a guest’s Reward Card in their email:

1. Instruct the guest to search for confirmation email. Subject Line: “Your reservation confirmation for...” 2. Scroll down to view the Reward Card module 3. Tap "Show or Print Reward Card"

OpenTable iOS App How to view a guest’s reward in the app: 1. Open the OpenTable app and go to the reservations tab 2. Tap “View Reward Card”

If the card balance is less than the check total, process the card as a Split Check Card Balances: - Virtual cards show the current balance at the top of the page - To check the balance for a non-virtual card, call (888) 503-7558 - Any unused balance remains on the gift card for use during another visit to your restaurant within 12 months Card Support: 1-844-227-5919

Tipping To include the tip on the card, run the card for the combined amount of the CHECK + TIP. Or, run the card for just the tip amount as a separate transaction.
