Goal 1: All students will have a transition plan in place and will be working towards college or employment Measurable Objective 1: 100% of Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth grade Black or African-American, Asian, Bottom 30%, White, Economically Disadvantaged, Gifted and Talented, Hispanic or Latino, Students with Disabilities, English Learners, Two or More Races, American Indian or Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander students will complete a portfolio or performance College application accepted or resume submitted and interviews established in Career & Technical by 05/22/2015 as measured by Transition teacher per student basis. Strategy 1: Transition Elective - Each student will work independently with the transition teacher to create a path towards self sufficiency.
