City of Ojai RESOLUTION NO. 16-21 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OJAI, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF OJAI AND SITESPACIFIC, INC. WHEREAS, periodically the City of Ojai ("City") needs consulting services for support to City staff for assistance in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department; and WHEREAS, SitesPacific, Inc., has expertise in the processing of development permits according to the State of California Planning and Zoning Laws, the California Environmental Quality Act and local ordinances; and WHEREAS, the Consultant has submitted an amendment to the Fee Schedule for this agreement, acceptable proposal to the City, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" for the provision of, said services. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ojai authorizes the City Manager to enter into Amendment No. 1 to the contract for services by and between the City of Ojai and SitesPacific, Inc., to provide contract planning services on an as-needed basis, consistent with the rates shown on Exhibit "A".
