Dear Mr. Wilkins, Please forward, after I write again in a week's time that I have cleared all details with Mr. Daniels and the Purdue Board, this Cover Memo and the attached letter to Mr. Obama. For you to disclose the FBI crime lab's forensic analysis of the District Court's "original PX 45 tape," we need first to have the President make public the requested Berkeley's rejoinder to my 2/9/13 report. This correspondence was a condition for my approval of Purdue Board's appointment of Mr. Daniels as President of Purdue University. The final two years, 2017-18, of the time period covered by Case No. 3221334 were intended for Treasury's collections from officers of Treasury and NSF OIG and personnel of the state and federal courts liable for its losses. However, I need to re-contact the GAO for its committed review to name the deep pockets for the United States' recovery from the Calvin cycle, for Treasury to repay me 1/3 of Treasury's recoverable losses in excess of $10 b. For the reasons Mr. Rudolph accepted NSFfunding.com as an NSF New Organization, I need your help to ensure the integrity of Quicken Loans' independent identification of the persons who paid the First NFTL but failed to file a § 7214 (a)(8) report on the "Second NFTL for $64,057." Judge Busch, as paid agent (by Nationwide) for TIGTA executives' theft of my mail, having bungled his work with the Sibley court to dismiss Sibley for Judge Moody to enter the judgment involving me in U.S. v. Fong, No. 2:08-cv-00082 - ignored by the plaintiff United States - Mr. Daniels took over and directed Ms. Green's supervisors to use the Notice of Deficiency for 2010, backed by their 12/3/12 Notices CP71A, to disavow the Second NFTL.

The issue involves the calls of death threats received 1/3/96 by me, Mrs. Fong and Peter. In 1989 Lugar's State Director Keith Luse corroborated Dr. Beering's taped statement on PX 45, that US Attorney Richard Kieser - hired by Purdue Board President Don Powers as head of Mercantile National Bank's Executive Committee - signed the fictitious entries introduced in Woodmar by Lugar Chief of Staff Mitch Daniels. The entries were used to cover up the murder of PCDF (Purdue-Calumet Development Foundation) Director Jay Given for discovery-making of Daniels' $48,903.81 transfer from Treasury to Woodmar, No. 3151, N.D.Ind., and, then, the John Doe Trust in Sibley to pay Dr. Pimentel (Energy Secretary Chu's predecessor director of Berkeley's Chemical Biodynamics Laboratory) and Dr. Deutch (Member, Chu's Advisory Board) for redistribution to revenue and OIG officers for federal funding of dark photosynthesis research, the Calvin cycle I reported on 2/9/13. Upon NSF's release of its letter of 11/6/89 on the Calvin cycle being contrary to Calvin's finding of the light reaction, on 12/4/89, Judge Posner closed the MacLauchlan contract for Daniels to remove from OCR (Office of Congressional Relations) Mr. Luse's commitment of GAO's review of the Calvin cycle. In 1996, I interviewed IRS Internal Security Special Agent Terry Sparks, who volunteered his personal knowledge that IRS Examination officers assigned the callers of the death threats - shooters for the Given and MacLauchlan killings - to protect their drug-trafficking across the Terre Haute-Danville stateline funded by the Calvin cycle. Unfortunately, for nearly two decades, Mr. Sparks kept to himself the guilty knowledge to give the courts time to eliminate evidence of Mr. Daniels' $48,903.81 transfer. On 5/7/04, Judge Moody used the fictitious entries to grant the $48,903.81 to Woodmar successor-in-interest Helen Woods, dead since 8/1/81 intestate. For your convenience, I attach my registration request of 6/26/07, by which Mr. Rudolph accepted NSFfunding.com as an NSF new organization to investigate this NFTL, perjury (Beering did not disclose on PX 45 Daniels' $48,903.81 transfer) by Purdue Board, which TIGTA executives suborned for the Sibley court (Judge KavadiasSchneider) to disguise my claim to the John Doe Trust filed 6/13/06 - in a sum of $2.34 m in 1941 dollars, Congressional Record, Proceedings and Debates of the 92d Congress, 2d Sess., Vol. 118, March 27, 1971, at E3117 - as a small-claim action filed by a fictitious plaintiff. Treasury officers' practice for involving the state and federal benches to steal from the United States Treasury, murder witnesses, issue death threats, steal US and electronic mail, and record fabricated NFTLs to commit perjury for disabling the United States' development of photosynthesis as an alternative energy is, of course, contrary to the public policy of your administration. Unfortunately, the officers are likely to persist in their lucrative profit-sharing from the Calvin cycle. They will persist, in their belief that, because you appointed Dr. Chu as Energy Secretary, you are committed to preference of the Calvin cycle, a federal tax Ponzi scheme, over my finding published in the permanent literature, Fong and Butcher (1988), in support of Calvin and Pon (1959). The officers will persist, unless you make clear to them that you will not hide from the American people Berkeley's rejoinder to the 2/9/13 report. Finally, in support of Mr. Luse's corroboration of 1989, the substitution of the name "Lugar" by "Daniels" and that of the words, "Lugar's connection," by "Daniels' connection," in the herein enclosed 12/31/96 report to IRS and NSF's letter of 11/6/89, respectively, resulted from the investigation dating from 2-21-09 involving Mr. Doug Klitzke, who wrote for me to call in the FBI from Washington. Indiana and the FBI, of course, have their own procedure for FBI's involvement in investigating state crimes with federal components; but Mr. Daniels was Indiana Governor when Mr. Klitzke wrote in his official capacity as IDR (Indiana Department of Revenue) Deputy General Counsel. Therefore, you should provide me with a copy of Berkeley Chemistry's rejoinder to my report of 2/9/13 for Mr. Wilkins to disclose FBI crime lab's forensic analysis of the PX 45 tape.
