The specialities for this COE include staff engagement, talent and performance management, leadership & career development, organisation development solutions consultancy and change management. Strategic direction for these focus areas seeks to deliver HR strategies and initiatives that align and support the University’s strategic objectives. We are currently seeking an eLearning Coordinator to play a key role in the design and implementation of eLearning strategies for staff development. Reporting to the Director, Talent & Organisation Development, you will: plan and coordinate the implementation of eLearning and other blended learning solutions, utilising the Learning Management System, to deliver agreed eLearning and blended learning programs as part of the Talent & Organisational Development strategy provide expert advice, training and support to staff in Talent & Organisational Development on the effective use of eLearning and multimedia technology to produce an eLearning / blended learning approach to learning and development act as Talent & Organisational Development’s primary eLearning system administrator, with responsibility for maintaining all content, for software applications work with the Strategic Solutions team in the HR Service Centre to ensure that the business requirements for eLearning are understood and supported by the LMS (CareerPath) system, including online course architecture, curriculum and course structures, target audience information and reporting requirements. To be successful in this position you will have: demonstrated experience in eLearning program development and blended learning and a demonstrated ability to develop guidelines/protocols for the use of learning management systems, demonstrated high level project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects experience in providing expert advice, training and support to staff to enable them to develop eLearning courses and resources experience in working with a range of esystems and software e.g. Learning Management Systems, eLearning authoring software (Captivate or Articulate Storyline), website content management systems, multimedia technology a combination of relevant experience in educational design and qualifications in education/training.
