To make the seminar possible in 2016, a fee of $45.00 will be charged for each OPW member. Optometrists who are not current OPW members will be required to pay a fee of $195.00. SEMINAR HANDOUTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SITE Any lecture handouts available to download will be sent via email to registered attendees the week before the event. Hard copies of the handouts are not available at the seminar. You will receive an attendance sheet when you register. Your attendance sheet must be stamped to receive credit for courses.
