Each student and chaperone wishing to attend the East Coast Trip (March 11-18, 2018) will need to reserve a spot by submitting a deposit and completing the Intent to Attend form on the next page. Deposit and Intent Form DUE DATE: Friday, December 8th at 3:30 p.m. Deposit Amount: $700 per person Payment Type: Cash or check may be sent in with your student. To make a payment by credit card, you must stop in the school office to have Mrs. Salaz process your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot take credit card information over the telephone. Please Note: • Our travel dates fall in the Spring Break timeframe and are affecting our group flight options. We have reserved seats on American Airlines, however, our final flight selection may change. • Please submit the deposit along with the bottom portion of the attached Intent Form by Friday, December 8th at 3:30 p.m. • December 12th will be your final date to withdraw from the trip and receive a refund of your $700 deposit. •
We will ticket all travelers on December 13th. After this date, your $700 deposit and your airline ticket are non-refundable (per the stipulations of our group travel contract).
• After 12/13/17, if you find yourself unable to travel with us, you may be able to pay a fee to reissue your ticket in another person’s name; however, the travel dates and flights must remain the same.

I am very excited about this year’s 8th Grade Philadelphia/DC/New York Trip taking place March 11th –18th! The total cost of the trip is $2,145.00. Each chaperone & student attending is required to pay a deposit of $700.00 by Friday, December 8th. The remainder of $1445.00 per person is due on or by March 2nd.
