The University of Perpetual Help-Molino Campus has been a partner in nurturing the Filipino youth through quality education. And we would like to thank DepEd Dasma for all the support you have extended in our University. Our institution believes that art education through different activities is one important tool in building child development. Learning to create and appreciate visual aesthetics may be more important than ever to the development of the next generation of children as they grow up. This coming October 28, 2016 from 1:00pm5:00pm„ we are to conduct a Halloween Art Contest at University of Perpetual Help-Molino Campus that aims to highlight the creativity and artistic talent of the students. This contest is open to Grades 4 to Grade 6 students of Cavite. Maximum of 5 representatives per school. We are targeting 30 schools to be gathered in this worthwhile endeavour. To make this event a success, we would like to seek your support by endorsing us to the different public and private schools of Dasma. Attached are the other documents pertinent to this event. 3rd Year Halloween ART CONTEST MECHANICS: 1. Pre-registration via email/fax is until October 21, 2016. 2. The attendance/registration at the venue the will start at 12:00nn and ends at 1:00pm. 3. The contest will start at 1:00pm until 4:00pm only. 4. The judging and awarding will be at 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 5. Upon registration, the student has to present his school ID for validation that he/she is enrolled in Grades 4 to Grade 6 levels. 6. Participants should bring their own Zesto Box 7. All the other art materials will be provided by UPH Molino Campus such as: i. Pencil ii. Marker iii. Art Paper iv. Scissors v. String vi. Scotch Tape vii. Glue 8. Entry Form will be given during the registration and should be attached at the back of the paper. 9. There will be no participation fee. 10. Only one (1) entry per participant will be accepted. 11. The THEME of the Halloween Art Contest will be announced before the competition start. 12. Entries must NOT be signed on the front and must be FREE from any markings. 13. The criteria of the contest will be:

14. UPH Molino becomes the rightful owner of the winning entries after the contest, thus, said entries may be used in any way UPH Molino deems to use them such as in advertising collaterals and digital marketing or as artwork display during UPH Molino events. 15. Cash Prize of PhP 3,000.00 with glass plaque and certificate of participation
