Easter Sunday of the Resurrection
Parish Closed on Easter Monday: Please note, the parish office will be closed and we will not celebrate Mass or offer Adoration on Easter Monday, April 6. We will resume our regular schedule on Tuesday, April 7, with the office reopening at 9am.
Seekers Group Is Meeting: Do you have questions about the Catholic Faith? Know someone who does, and may not yet be ready for the RCIA process? Our parish Seekers Group may be just right for you! The Seekers Group is an informal gathering with discussion of what it means to be Catholic. We are now meeting on Monday evenings at 7pm, in the JPII House chapel. Baptism Class: Is it time for your baby or young child to be baptized? Come to the baptism class this Thursday, April 16th at 7pm, the class will be held in the Tara Lounge. For additional information please call the Parish Office at 337-1538. Food for St. Francis House: Donations of food are collected for St. Francis House in the Gathering Area of the church and delivered every Monday. For the month of March St. Patrick’s Parishioners contributed 835 pounds. For the first quarter of 2015 a total of 2,086. pounds on food were donated. Your continuous giving is a blessing to those whose are helped with needed food.
CRS Rice Bowl - Hungering for Celebration! We prayed, fasted and gave alms —and now we celebrate! Our Lenten journey with CRS Rice Bowls ends in our hearts, where Jesus reigns forever. Let us rejoice in our risen Lord.—and in the lives we have changed this Lent in Tanzania, Nicaragua, Niger, Lebanon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and all over the world! Don’t forget to turn in your CRS Rice Bowl. Please bring it to Mass next weekend and give it to one of our priests or deacons. Thank You!

May 1 | Deacon Ordination - Our Lady of Guadalupe April 24-25 |Fr. Jaime Mencias celebrates the 25th anniversary of his ordination on Friday, April 24th. St. Michael will have a 2 day celebration and all are invited. On Friday, April 24th will be Daily Mass at 12:10pm followed by a simple reception in the social hall at St. Michael Parish in Palmer. On Saturday, April 25th will be Mass at 5:30pm followed by a Dinner Reception in the social hall at St. Michael Parish in Palmer. We anticipate that Friday will be rather simple to mark the actual day or his anniversary and Saturday will be quite a bit larger for the entire community. Want to go on pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi? Fr. Leo, pastor of St. Benedict Parish, and Bob McMorrow, Lumen Christi’s Church History teacher, will be leading a pilgrimage to Rome in May and you are invited. Fr.
