September 8, 2015 Dear Commander Mon Mothma, Welcome to the results of the trial period of Jacob, Kyle, Nathan, and I’s paper airplanes! Below you will find the intriguing results of my group members and I’s paper airplanes. The bar graph at the end will prove who’s airplane is the closest to hitting the target and best suited for your dilema. This is my paper airplane #1, world-wide known as ¨The Basic Dart.¨ This is a very simple design with great results, it went the farthest out of my two airplanes. As you can tell it has straight wings and a narrower body, which complimented each other nicely when flying. Overall it was the closest to hitting the target every five times it was thrown, I believe the body and the neatness put into it helped with its overall performance. Out of all my airplanes this would be the best suited for your, Commander Mon Mothma, project.

This is my paper airplane #2, commonly know as ¨The Basic.¨ This is the most basic plane you can make, if you can’t tell the pattern here, I believed that a more basic plane would fly better than something really intricate. Sadly, out of my two planes this one was the furthest from the target. With its crooked wings and bulk body it didn’t stand a chance against plane #1, with its thinner body and straighter wings. Though it did come close once to the target. This would not be the best choice.

graph my plane was from hitting the target. Plane 1 is the blue squares and the coordinate graph shows how close plane #1 was to hitting the target over the five times it was thrown. Plane 2 is the orange squares and this graph also shows how close plane #2 was to hitting the target over the five it was thrown. Through the results I can conclude that plane 1 came the closest to hitting the target than plane 2. This is more than likely because plane 1 had a narrower design and was constructed neater than plane 2 was.

This bar graph shows the total distance of all my group members to reaching the target. Through this data I can tell that Nathan's plane was the closest to hitting the target with all four of his planes. Then I come in second, with this bar graph reestablishing my personal planes data that plane 1 was more superior to plane 2 in the distance from the target. Then Kyle “Kairu” came in third with his distance from the target with only one of his planes, shows the bar graph. And then Jacob comes in last with his one plane, proves the data. Overall you can assume from the data that Nathan's planes were best designed for distance to the target than all the others. I hope this data helps you in defeating the empire. Sincerely,
