AVP – Analytics AVP – Analytics (Risk/Marketing) will be responsible for:  Assisting in creating and building out the analytics function and capabilities of BOB Financial Solutions Ltd.  Analysis to drive growth and profitability in the area of Marketing and Risk Management  Developing and generating all enterprise MIS by leveraging the most efficient and automated solutions.  Developing product financial models to guide decision making  Developing underwriting strategies to manage portfolio risk  Developing. Measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure effective and efficient utilization of organizational resources.  Developing Statistical models.  Interaction with other functional departments and managing and participating in business decision making. Job Specific  Demonstrated analytics experience with focus on analytics, Skills data interpretation and business understanding  Demonstrated strong conceptual and analytical skills with proven ability to apply analytics to create business impact.  Prior experience in the area of consumer finance and banking in areas of marketing analytics or risk management  Experience with R. Educational Post-Graduate in quantitative or business discipline from an Qualifications accredited college or university in India/Overseas Minimum 8+ years of experience in analytics industry with reputed Experience companies preferably in the area of marketing / risk CTC Offered Compensation is not a limiting factor for the right candidate Location of Delhi / NCR / Mumbai Posting The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/parent organization/any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.
