Job specific skills
Understanding of Business and Products (Credit cards, personal & other loans) Knowledge of End to End Functionality of Products (product lifecycle) Understanding of Issuing and Acquiring Business for Cards Able to articulate Business vision into detailed business requirements Hands on experience of Credit Card Management Systems Hands on experience on Automation of Manual Processes for recon, collections etc… Strong understanding of payments ecosystems ( UPI/BHIM/IMPS/Bharat QR) Experience in managing various Merchants/Third Party integration requirements Good understanding of Start Up Eco System Sound Operations Process knowledge Project Management Experience Six Sigma experience will be an advantage
Educational Post Graduate from a reputed institution in India (preferably MBA) Qualifications Minimum Experience
7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services , specifically in the Business /Product Support or Project Management functions
Maximum Age 40 years as on Last date of receipt of application
