Identify new growth opportunities, Development of the Business Plans for the new streams, Lead the Market Planning to ensure attainment of growth targets. Have to collectively own the sales target given to leaders across the country. Responsible for sales planning, budgeting, MIS, Business Tracking. Monitor, analyse and highlight deviations from business plan. The jobholder carries the responsibility of conducting data analysis in a manner that also enables managers to view data by custom cuts in real time basis. Well connected with start-up ecosystems and market reality. Work with cross functional teams to identify and analyse opportunities, with specific emphasis on all key Sales metrics. Utilization of existing network with a perspective of over achieving goals. Design strategies to increase Sales effectiveness with focus on process, quality and compliance. Good understanding of the industry and credit policies Excellent communication - written and oral. Data analysis Sales Analytics Sales support Strong presentation skills Good understanding of Indian financial sector. Past experience in BFSI will be an added advantage
Educational Master Degree, preferably MBA with specialization in Marketing and Qualifications Finance from a reputed college or University in India/ Overseas. Minimum Experience
6 - 8 years of relevant experience preferably from Banking and Financial services sector companies.
